Stick that on to a 4 mana (or 0 mana) 3/3 flash flyer that you can blink in response to creature / planeswalker spells for extra value (Ghostly Flicker) and you've got a nasty good card that is strong in any Blue-heavy deck and absurd in Blink decks
Its a 5/4 body with first strike for a total mana value of five, which is already pretty decent, but it also consistently creates tokens and can eventually become a way to draw cards
